My Story


My background is in hospitality where I worked in hotels in both Bath and Cheltenham from the age of 16, moving around departments and learning the ins and outs of hotel management. I particularly enjoyed the behind the scenes work that goes on learning revenue management, accounting and the basics of how to run a business.

Through working in the hotel trade I learnt how to deliver impeccable customer service and how to multi task in a fast paced, high pressured environment, all skills that have contributed to me running my own successful company!

In 2014 I decided I was ready to go it alone and leave the stressful life of hospitality so off I went into the world of self employment, I already owned Bath Boutique Brides an online wedding directory so grew that by adding venue styling, wedding planning and wedding fayres to my list of offerings. This business is still thriving and growing but is now known as ‘I Do Weddings’

I had always wanted to start up a Virtual Assistant business and I had been thinking about this for several years and now it was time to set the wheels in motion, it actually started with Social Media Management clients as I took a real interest in it and knew I could help business owners who didn’t have time, didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t like it, this then quickly progressed into taking on administrative tasks and Helen Pinkett Business Support was born!

I have a real passion for helping businesses flourish and love to support and watch plans come into fruition I hope my various skills can help your business grow.

I have worked with a wide range of clients including a Yoga Studio, a Social Media Consultancy, a Health & Wellness Coach as well as an Artist,  Personal Trainer, Equine Facilitated Learning and Kinesiologist business amongst others!

I’m Bath born and raised and am currently based in the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon where I love running along the towpath to keep fit and train for various races, I also love Yoga and take a keen interest in health & wellbeing, I run two ‘Be Well & Beautiful’ events per year in order to help business owners promote themselves to the public as well as wedding fayres to support my wedding business.
